This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs ⟦the relationship between tsp_STUDIO_BRAND⟧ (the “Studio”) and the user of the Site. By using the site, the user confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The site is informational in nature and is intended to familiarize you with the services of the Studio, the portfolio and the terms of cooperation. The information on the site is not a public offer, unless otherwise expressly stated.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials of the site — texts, project images, visualizations, graphics and design elements — are objects of intellectual property of the Studio or are used legally. Copying and use of materials without the written consent of the copyright holder is not allowed.
4. Applications and feedback
By leaving a request through the forms on the site, the user agrees toPrivacy policyand consents to the processing of personal data. The cost and terms indicated on the website and in the calculator are indicative; the exact conditions are fixed in the contract.
5. Limitation of liability
The Studio is not responsible for possible technical interruptions in the work of the site, as well as for decisions made by the user on the basis of the posted information without prior consultation with the specialists of the Studio.

The site may contain links to third-party resources. The studio is not responsible for the content and privacy policy of external sites.
Revisions to terms and conditions
The Studio has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is published on this page.
