Included in the project
The project is divided into three phases. The first is measurements, layout options and stylistic collages. The second — 3D visualizations, basic plans (floors, ceiling, lighting, sockets) and selection of all finishing materials. The third is the detailed design: drawings for builders, a list of finishes and specifications.
What is the design timeframe?
It usually takes about 2 months to design a small apartment or office. There may be exceptions in both directions depending on the area and complexity of the task.
How much does the project cost?
Approximately complete project of residential interior — from ₽3,500/m², office — from ₽1,200/m². In each case, the cost is calculated individually, based on the area, project features and deadlines. Fill out the application form and we will send you a commercial offer.
What is included in the designer supervision and how much does it cost?
Designer supervision is a visit to the facility by the architect at least once a week and the solution of all issues related to design solutions. The cost is usually 25–50 thousand ₽ per month, depending on the area of the object.
Why do you need designer supervision?
To realize all the ideas embedded in the project: the designer monitors the correctness of implementation, selects alternatives to inaccessible materials and coordinates the work of contractors.

Our specialists live and work in Moscow and St. Petersburg. We also did projects in Murmansk, Tuapse, Omsk, Orenburg, the region of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yakutia and others. We come on a business trip for measurements, we do the rest remotely.
