What is included in the project?
The project has three stages. First — survey, layout options and moodboards. Second — 3D visualizations, main plans (floors, ceiling, lighting, outlets) and finish selection. Third — working drawings for builders, finish schedules and specifications.
What are the design timelines?
A small apartment or office usually takes about 2 months. Timing can be shorter or longer depending on area and complexity.
How much does a project cost?
A full residential interior project starts from about 3,500 RUB/m²; offices from about 1,200 RUB/m². Each quote is individual based on area, scope and deadlines. Leave a request — we will send a commercial offer.
What is design supervision and how much does it cost?
Design supervision means the architect visits the site at least weekly and resolves design-related questions. Typically 25–50 thousand RUB per month depending on area.
Why is design supervision needed?
To deliver the ideas in the project: the designer checks correct implementation, finds alternatives for unavailable materials and coordinates contractors.
Which cities do you work in?
Our team is based in Moscow and St Petersburg. We have also delivered projects in Murmansk, Tuapse, Omsk, Orenburg, Khanty-Mansiysk Region, Yakutia and elsewhere. We travel for surveys; the rest is remote.
