Design project of the apartment of 66 m². LCD Prokshino

The design of the apartment with an area of 66 m² in the Moscow residential complex "Prokshino" is designed for a comfortable family life. The 2023 project includes a hallway with a dressing room, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a balcony. The apartment project in the Prokshino residential complex shows how a full-fledged kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a children's room saturated with functional solutions, a dressing room and a laundry room can be placed on an area of 66 m². Natural wood, stone, warm light and thoughtful storage systems form a practical and expressive family interior.

The interior is made in a modern style with elements of soft classics. The palette is based on beige, cream, brown and graphite shades. The natural texture of the wood is combined with a stone finish, brass details, decorative glass and warm built-in lighting.

The hallway has closed storage systems, a dressing room, a soft bench and open shelves with lighting. Vertical wooden rails make the entrance area expressive, and a light floor finish visually expands the space.

The kitchen-living room with an area of about 21 m² combines a cooking area, a dining room and a place to relax. The bright facades of the kitchen are complemented by wooden showcases and an apron with a pattern of natural stone. The round dining table helps to rationally use the area and forms a cozy composition near the window.

The living room has a large soft sofa, and the TV area is decorated with grey stone panels, wooden slats and contour lighting. This combination adds depth to the interior and emphasizes the modern character of the space.

The children's room with an area of about 11 m² has become the brightest and most functional part of the apartment. There is a two-level bed, built-in drawers, wardrobes and a full-fledged sports and game complex with stairs, ropes and rings.

The natural theme is supported by painting with animals, light wood and calm green accents. The slate surface allows the child to draw and change the design of the room.

The bathroom is made in a darker and more chamber style. Gray stone finish is combined with wood texture, black plumbing and soft lighting. The room has a bathtub with a glass partition, a spacious cabinet and open shelves for storage.
