Nizhny Novgorod is not "another city from the list" with a substituted name. The Volga, the historical center, the upper and lower parts of the city, new quarters: different restrictions, the same method. Departure to the Lower: relief and foundation, not a souvenir
There is no separate office on Strelka. Measurement is planned as a business trip. Before checkout — BTI plan or measurement drawing and photo. On the site, we fix risers, drops, existing openings: in the old fund they are more important than the "loft" reference. We think differently about the new residential complex — wet points are more often free, but the carriers and shafts are still set.
Drawings, 3D and edits are in the same contour as for the Moscow object. The road changes, not the kit. Designer supervision — from ₽25,000/month, a hybrid of field trips and photo reports. We do not promise "tomorrow on site" in every district across the river.
The upper part of the city, the lower part, Bor and the suburbs — different days in the calendar, one method of drawings. We do not produce planting "Lower × each district". If the object is in the historical contour, the restrictions that the customer already knows are needed in advance: openings, ceilings, neighbors. We do not think up what is not in the application.
Residential and office — same rates
Apartment — from ₽3,500/m², usually 1.5-2.5 months for an area of up to 100 m². Office and small commerce — from ₽1,200/m². The historical building does not include a hidden markup "for the monument": if there are restrictions on the openings, we put them in the plan, and not in the coefficient to the meter.
There may be no local Nizhny Novgorod cases in the showcase — we do not substitute other people's facades. Look at the method in the portfolio: apartments, offices, HoReCa with those cities that are really indicated in the cards.
