We usually work on our own project. According to someone else's documentation — only after assessing the completeness of the drawings.

Designer supervision preserves the quality of the project at the construction site: visits, inspection of units, responses to contractors, adjustments in fact.
The architect compares the execution with the drawings, helps to replace inaccessible materials and does not allow to "simplify" key decisions. We especially recommend supervision for objects with complex finishes, built-in furniture and non-standard light.
Format: regular visits (usually at least once a week) plus prompt communication in the messenger. The cost is from ₽25,000/month, depending on the area and remoteness of the object.
