Executive Office Design - Polyus Company
About the project
The design project of the office of the head of Polyus is a modern commercial interior, in which the representative nature of the space is combined with comfort, functionality and thoughtful organization of work processes. The office with an area of about 70 m² is located in Moscow and includes the director's office, meeting and working areas, a rest room, a reception and a bathroom.
This is an example of a well-thought-out modern office, where each zone works for the comfort, efficiency and business image of the company. Natural wood, stone, built-in furniture, high-tech equipment and multi-level lighting form a solid interior with an expressive but restrained character.
The project shows that the director's office can simultaneously serve as a personal workspace, a meeting room, a presentation area and a place for informal communication. Thanks to a competent layout and a single stylistic concept, the office remains convenient for daily work and makes the right impression on partners and visitors.
Interior ConceptThe basis of the project was a restrained modern style with elements of minimalism. The interior is dominated by natural wood shades, light wall decoration, stone textures and laconic black details. This color palette creates a business atmosphere, emphasizes the status of the manager's office and at the same time makes the space visually warm and comfortable.
Wooden panels, built-in furniture and hidden doors form an integral interior architecture. Contrast lamps, thin metal lines and graphite elements add expressiveness to the space without overloading it with decorative details. Live plants soften the strict geometry and make the office more comfortable.
Layout and functional zoningThe planning solution is built around the main office with an area of more than 43 m². The personal work area of the manager and the meeting space are combined in one room. Additionally, there is a reception with an area of about 12 m², a separate lounge and a bathroom with a shower area. The functional areas are located consistently and conveniently: visitors enter the reception room, after which they can enter the director's office. The break room is separated from the main workspace, so it can be used for short breaks and informal communication.
Supervisor's office and meeting area Thesupervisor's workplace is located next to the panoramic glazing. A large desk with a wooden countertop and a graphite base is complemented by built-in storage systems. The wall behind the chair is decorated with wooden panels, making the working area look strict, monumental and neat.
The central part of the office is occupied by a round negotiation table designed for several participants. The round shape creates convenient communication during meetings and softens the rectilinear architecture of the room. The meeting room is equipped with a large screen, an interactive panel and a projector, so the space is suitable for presentations, workshops and video conferences. The accent wall with a natural stone pattern is complemented by a TV and open shelves with backlight. This solution combines decorative and functional components: the technique becomes part of the interior composition, and the built-in lighting emphasizes the depth and texture of the materials.
Reception designThe reception area is designed in the same style as the manager's office. The black stand of simple geometric shape stands out against the background of wooden panels and light finish. Built-in cabinets provide the necessary storage, keeping the space visually clean and organized.
The reception area also has a small waiting area with a soft sofa and decorative landscaping. The suspended linear luminaire emphasizes the working surface of the rack, and the local illumination of the shelves creates a comfortable lighting scenario.
BathroomThe interior of the bathroom continues the overall concept of the project. Light large-format stone, dark wood, glass and black plumbing are used in the decoration. Hanging furniture and hidden lighting make the room visually lighter, and a shower cabin with glass partitions expands its functionality.
A warm lighting scenario emphasizes the texture of natural materials and creates a chamber atmosphere. Despite the small area, the bathroom looks spacious, modern and corresponds to the representative level of the entire office.
