Krasnodar is not a "southern brand" for us and not a template with a framed city. This is an object in the Kuban: the studio works from Moscow, arrives for measurements on a business trip, after the measurement it conducts planning, 3D and working drawings online. How we work in Krasnodar: business trip, not a branch
There is no separate office in the city. Specialists in Moscow and St Petersburg. For Krasnodar, this is a southern departure: first a plan and a photo, then a laser measurement, fixation of risers, wet zones and drops, then a set online. Climate and season affect the logistics of the departure, not the depth of documentation or the rate per meter.
We consider new quarters and secondary housing in the center in different ways: in one, wet points are more often free, in the other — existing openings and neighbors. We do not promise to coordinate the redevelopment in the authorities and do not draw a "turnkey Kuban style". The BTI sketch can be started; the kit for the contractor without measurement is risky.
Summer and heat — about the departure calendar and work on the site, not about another set of sheets. In winter, logistics is easier than in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, but it's still a business trip, and not "stopped by like in Mytishchi in the afternoon." Write the address: for example, whether a separate day is needed for measurement and whether supervision fits into the schedule.
Designer supervision — hybrid: key stages on the site, intermediate control by photo and video. The rate is from ₽25,000/month, a separate service. If supervision is not required, the contractor receives the same set of drawings.
Apartments and commerce in the Kuban — without other people's facades
The residential brief is considered the same as in other cities: from ₽3,500/m². For an apartment up to 100 m², the design is usually 1.5-2.5 months. The term is moved by the area and edits, not the "southern coefficient". Commerce — office, small public area, HoReCa — from ₽1,200/m². The rules of the landlord are more important than the "southern color".
There may be no local Krasnodar objects in the showcase. We do not substitute other people's facades and do not write "implemented on every street". It is more convenient to view the method in the general portfolio.
